Since 2006 she has worked in the areas of Business and Executive Coaching, and was one of the first in Portugal to obtain certification from ActionCOACH.
Since 2007 she has been the Partner at “Results Driven” in charge of Business Coaching, and today she leads a large team specializing in this area.
To better support companies, she has an experience of almost a decade in a multinational company, working both in the commercial area and team leadership positions, which she completed with Training in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She is passionate about reading marketing, management and personal motivation books, and has also participated in training with personalities like Jay Levinson, Anthony Robbins, Jake Canfield and Jeffrey Guitomer.
