Jose Almeida | Partner

Jos?? de Almeida has led many successful projects in Portugal in different areas of activity over the years.

His professional experience began as a Salesman, and later he made a career as a Sales Manager and General Manager of several national and international companies. He is also the author of several books ???Compre J????? (???Buy Now???), ???A Arte de Vender??? (???The Art of Selling???) and ???Arte da Guerra no Coaching??? (???The Art of War in Coaching???).

Nowadays he is the Partner responsible for “Results Driven”, a company dedicated to training and coaching specialized in sales and negotiation.

Throughout his life he has dedicated a large part of his time to the study of different areas such as sales, personal performance, leadership, persuasion and influence, hypnosis, psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, among others. Because he is a lover of knowledge, he has studied with some of the world’s greatest people in the areas mentioned above. Among them we can highlight Richard Bandler, Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Tony Jeary, Tony Alexandra and many others.

His training programs are based not only on theoretical knowledge that he has  acquired over the years but also on his practical experience as a salesman, sales manager and general manager of several companies he has worked for.

One of his success factors is his ability to take complex subjects and areas and turn them into simple tools that anyone can use for their own success. Above all, he believes that we all have a fantastic ability to achieve success. We just need to be shown the ???stepping stones???.

His goal in life is: ???To change the world by changing one person at a time, helping them to discover their own path to success!???

Joaquim Barroso | Associate

Joaquim Barroso is a consultant to companies in the areas of Learning & Development and Business Coaching, working with executives from various companies on issues related to Management, Leadership, Sales and Corporate Finance.

With extensive experience as Financial Director in various industries has always dedicated himself to research in the area of Human Capital, having held the position of Vice President in an American multinational that works in the area of executive skills development and talent management.

He is a certified trainer in face-to-face and distance learning, with international certifications as a trainer in management and leadership by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM, UK) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK). He holds a degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Auditing and Auditing, a master’s degree in Economics and a PhD in Economics.
